Prosper & Pilot Point

Our hives are located in Prosper and Pilot Point (about 20 miles Northeast of Denton). We rob honey on a weekly basis, so our product is always fresh, seasonal, and sustainably harvested.

Simple Extraction for Raw Product

  1. Uncap

Bees seal off the finished product with wax, which we carefully remove from each frame.

2. Centrifuge

We then place the frames in a centrifuge to spin off the honey. This method allows us to extract without applying heat, preserving the enzymes in raw honey that promote health and healing.

3. Get honey

We run the honey through a large-holed sieve to remove bee parts without straining out the pollen that helps your body recognize its environment and prevent overactive allergic reactions.
