Why Raw Honey?

RAW: unheated, unfiltered

Honey contains precious enzymes that catalyze chemical reactions in the gut, allowing it to easily break down food and absorb nutrients. Under high temperatures, these enzymes denature, stripping honey of its healing properties, so we never heat our honey.

• Orally: Nature’s best sweetener. Sugar is a fast-digesting energy source that rushes dopamine and seratonin to the brain. Add honey to anything and teach your body to crave herbal teas, grilled chicken, roasted vegetables, seasonal fruits, or whole grains. And of course, take a spoonful with a glass of farm-fresh milk to get all your vitamins and nutrients in.
